Built with durable white wood, our 12″ on-center floor joists provide strong support and stability. The spacing ensures a solid foundation for heavy loads, perfect for sheds or storage buildings. Ideal for interior use, this untreated lumber delivers long-lasting performance.
CertainTeed Landmark Asphalt Shingles
We have two roofing options: shingles and steel paneling. For shingles, we use CertainTeed’s impact-resistant shingles because they’re high quality and provide all-weather protection. The SBS modified asphalt allows for greater flexibility, so the shingles resist cracking in extremely weather. SBS’s superior granule adhesion protects the shingle against the elements by keeping the granules in place, providing durability in extreme conditions such as a hail storm. This product has a variety of color options available.
Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint®
We use Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint® Exterior Acrylic Latex paint for our stock wood panel and lap siding buildings, and Sherwin-Williams Resilience® Exterior Acrylic Latex Paint for our made-to-order buildings that require custom paint. Prepare Your site
After securing a building permit, lay a solid foundation by framing the perimeter, filling it with a base material, leveling it, and then compacting it until its firm.
Schedule Your Delivery
When your building is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery time. On delivery day, we'll use a Mule to move your building from the trailer to your desired location.
