Roseburg Rigicoat® Plywood Flooring
RigidCoat® subfloor flooring is produced with a tough water-repellent coating on the surface. Thin layers of wood called veneers are glued together to form one multi-layered sub-floor panel. RigidCoat delivers outstanding stiffness, strength, and versatility.
Built-in Loft
Add on 2-4′ deep shelves or 2-8′ deep lofts to your building for increased storage space. It’s an easy way to get the extra storage space you need without ordering a bigger building size. If you’re looking for a built-in workbench, our shelves are ideal.
LP® SmartSide® Panel Siding or CertainTeed Vinyl Siding
LP® SmartSide® panel siding offers all the warmth and beauty of traditional wood siding, along with the advantages of our treated wood technology. These siding panels are more durable, dimensionally stable and consistent than traditional wood materials. Or CertainTeed Vinyl Lap Siding has flat panels that overlap each other with a shiplap joint and decorative groove between the laps. This groove improves strength, creates a narrow reveal line that adds visual interest and creates deeper shadow lines. It has a 4” panel exposure and comes in many colors.
Prehung Door
If you want to add more single doors to your building or you want to upgrade from the standard fiberglass door that comes with it, consider our prehung door option. Our high-end prehung doors have 4Ever Frames made of composite poly-fiber that will never rot, warp, split, or twist, and offers greater security than our other door options. You can get these doors with or without a 9-lite window.
VersaCaddy Storage Kit
It can be a challenge to organize the inside of a storage building. That’s why we’re offering the VersaCaddy™ 16 Organizer Kit as an add-on when purchasing any of our storage buildings. With this kit, you can place each piece where it will best fit your needs because it is a complete and versatile storage system specifically designed to utilize the vertical space between 16″ on center studs — maximizing the storage space inside sheds and garages.

Prepare Your site
After securing a building permit, lay a solid foundation by framing the perimeter, filling it with a base material, leveling it, and then compacting it until its firm.
Schedule Your Delivery
When your building is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery time. On delivery day, we'll use a Mule to move your building from the trailer to your desired location.
